Back in Abu Dhabi for 2 days before going home. The trip is finally over. Sad; I think I still could have been a hobo for much longer.
Just watched the sun set over Petra. Definitely the most compelling and impressive ruins I’ve ever seen.

Arrived in Beirut late last night
Border crossing was easy. The rough part is the weather here — think Washington DC in August. Hot, sticky, still, generally gross. There must be a better time of the year to visit this city.

Some of them seem to have gone missing in the uploading process as well. The internet connections here in Syria are really slow. I’ll be uploading some cool photos in a bit, once I find a faster connection. In a few hours, I’m going to Beirut by bus.
